Data deletion

Select Disconnect on the social publishing page to remove your Facebook connection and tokens from AgentWebsite. Connections expire within 30 minutes; expired records are removed within one additional minute.

To revoke Facebook access, remove AgentWebsite in your Facebook app or business integration settings. To delete published posts, use your Facebook Page’s controls.

For help deleting social publishing data, contact AgentWebsite support with your Page name. Never send passwords or access tokens. Support will confirm your request and explain any operational records that must be retained.
